computer infected and very,very,very slow

Hi there,
I have used all the step provided in your forums to clean up my system but i am still infected with something. I have used Adware witch found 70 virus file including some cool web search crap, i used cwshredder and found nothing. I used Spy bot and again a few. I also did the Kapersky online scan and deleted it choice of files. My system is about 5% better but still extremly slow. Would you like my log file?

 

post your log correctly, and we'll go from there.
