computer is being slow...

Hi there, I am running a Dell 2.6 GHz computer, further details found in the dx diag attached. I haven't used it for a good 2 weeks but now I started it up and everything is running impossibly slow. Lots of programs like IE and other browsers close after I start them up. I downloaded Spyware Doctor but it didn't find much.
I've also scanned my computer with hijackthis. I think I may have some registry errors or some sort that decrease the speed of my computer.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

I am sorry, I just scanned through the sticky. I also

scanned my computer with ad aware which only found cookies.
My Spybot freezes when it tries to update. I tried several

servers but none of them will work.
I just tried to scan my computer with norton antivirus 2005

which I have installed and it's all running slower than

before. It was sort of stuck around 90115th file.
There are no unknown programs in the ad/remove list;
I have run hijack this before but I followed the steps

listed in the thread anyway. I am scanning my computer with

Panda online now and will edit my post when I get the scan
results
