Computer is Dead

    Im 90% sure this has nothing to do with viruses but its probally the best place to ask.

    I preformed a search on my other computer for some music and got an error. I selected dont send then everything on my desktop dissapeared. I restarted my comp with no luck, nothing loaded. I tried safe mode also.

    Please help I know nothing about computers.

    More info!

    Now I can right click start. But everytime I try and start up a program it says it has been restricted from administrator(me). Left clicking anything doesnt work. Desktop icons are still gone. No luck in safe mode. And nothing wierd when I ctrl+alt+delete. Only normal things are running.
