The normal process we use is below. I'm not sure how much you will be able to do because of your problems. Make sure you disable System Restore, that may be where you are talking about for Archived problems.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem:

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).

You have a load of problems! You are going to need to be able to download some tools or we will not be able to fix this. Note: Many programs can be installed while you are in safe mode.

Do you know what this next line is:
    O23 - Service: Trace network connections (ACCRA) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\mocih.exe

    Download LSP - Fix

    Now run LSP-Fix.

Check the Box labeled "I know what I'm doing" and then click on the flsmngr.dll file (in the “Keep” section) to select it.

Then, Select the >> button to move flsmngr.dll into the Remove section.

Now, click the Finish Button. When the Repair Summary box appears, click OK.

Now: Click on Start, then Run ... type services.msc into the box that opens up, and press 'OK'.
On the page that opens, scroll down to Debug oupost relations or LAGOS ... right click the entry, select 'Properties' and press 'Stop Service'. When it shows that it is stopped, next please set the 'Start-up Type' to 'Disabled'. Press 'OK' until you get back to Windows.

Now let's do the below to make some head way. Some of these will come back. We will get them later with Microsoft Antispyware.

If you are using WinXP or WinMe, make sure you have system restore disabled (per the tutorial).
For all OS types, make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the tutorial).

Please run HijackThis and click on the "Open the Misc Tools Section" button on the open page. Then select "Open process manager" on the left-hand side. Look for the following process (or processes) and one at a time kill them by selecting it and then click "Kill process". Then click yes.
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wisvccz.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ciscv.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\desktop.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\video2.exe
    C:\windows\dedprgs.exe

After killing all the above processes, click "Back".
Then please click "Scan" and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
Boot into safe mode and use Windows Explorer to delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\sysupd.dll
    c:\windows\system\BHOmod.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\nsy2F.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wisvccz.exe

    C:\windows\dedprgs.exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again. Other wise open Task Manager and kill the process if running then delete the file.

Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST). Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder. If you do not have Ccleaner (because of download issues) just Empty your Recycle Bin and you Prefetch folder.

Now we need to Reset Web Settings:
    1) If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, goto step 2. If not, skip to step 3.
    2) Now right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK. Then skip step 3.
    3) If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.

Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log. And tell us how things are working.

I did not ask you to delete that file. Did you delete it by mistake? It is for your Nvidia graphics card. You may need to reinstall you drivers or maybe the one in the below link will work:

    http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?nvcpl

Please remember to exit ALL browser before running HijackThis. You have
    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe running.

You still have some nasty stuff in your log.

We need to stop and disable two services:
    O23 - Service: Trace network connections (ACCRA) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\mocih.exe
O23 - Service: Indexing Service (CiSvc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cisvc.exe (file missing)

Click on Start, then Run ... type services.msc into the box that opens up, and press 'OK'.
On the page that opens, scroll down to Trace network connections (if you cannot find that name look for ACCRA ) ... right click the entry, select 'Properties' and press 'Stop Service'. When it shows that it is stopped, next please set the 'Start-up Type' to 'Disabled'. Press 'OK' until you get back to Windows.
Repeat the above for Indexing Service (or look for CiSvc )

Next, open up HJT, but instead of scanning, click on the "None of the above, just start the program" button at the bottom of the choices. At the lower right, click on the 'Config" button, and then the Misc tools' button ... select 'Delete an NT Service" ... copy/paste the following into the box that opens, and press "OK":
Trace network connections (or use ACCRA if the long name does not work)

    Repeat the HJT step for:
Indexing Service (or use CiSvc if the long name does not work)

After completing my previous instructions do the following:

Download and install Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware during the install make sure you get any updates but do not run the scan yet. We will run it later after booting in safe mode (this is important).

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\mocih.exe
    c:\log.exe

After killing all the above processes, click "Back".
Then please click "Scan" and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again. Other wise open Task Manager and kill the process if running then delete the file.

Make sure you tell me the results of the above file deletions!!!! What you find and do not find and what gets deleted etc!!!!

Please make sure ALL Browser Windows are Closed.

Now run Microsoft Antispyware program and have it perform a full scan. Let it fix what it finds.

Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST). Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.

Many of the same problems form an earlier message are still here! You need to tell me if you are having any problems finding or delete files.

Are you able to boot into safe mode and run MS Antispyware now? We really need to be able to do that. Make sure you do it in safe mode with NO network support.

Copy and paste the information in the below quote box to notepad. Save it to a file that you will have access to later when you boot into safe mode. Name it fix.reg. Then boot into safe mode, run Windows Explorer and locate the fix.reg file. Doubleclick it and grant it permission to add in the registry entries.
Please run HijackThis and click on the "Open the Misc Tools Section" button on the open page. Then select "Open process manager" on the left-hand side. Look for the following process (or processes) and one at a time kill them by selecting it and then click "Kill process". Then click yes.
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ciscv.exe
