Computer is slow on the Internet

    Hi, ALL,
    This computer for some reason is running very slow on the Internet.

    When I first open IE, I need to wait about 1-1.5 min in order to get the home page.

    I just finished running "R&R ME FIRST", so can someone please take a look?

    Thank you in advance.

    P.S.:
    1. Running RootRepeal on this computer does not produce any logs. The program ran and after that just closed.
    2. I am not sure if I had to un-install "ScanSoft OmniPage SE 4.0" and "SupportSoftAssisted Service". Can I get some guidance on that as well?

    Not all "slow computer" problems are caused by malware. It's looking to me like that's the case for you, however, I noticed that the version of MGTools that you are using is outdated. So... go to this MGTools and download the new version of MGtools.exe. Overwrite your previous MGtools.exe file with this one.

    Run the new C:\MGTools.exe > and attach the C:\Mglogs.zip into your next reply. :)

    1. What about the software I asked? Do I have to remove them?
    2. What about RootRepeal issue?
    3. What might cause this slow Internet behavior?

    Not to worry. It only has a 50% chance of running on some machines.

    Now, do you have the log that I asked for please, from running the current version of MGTools? ;)
