I just recently replaced the ram in my computer because it was faulty and now I seem to have problems with the computer. For example it can seem to handle playing iTunes and Firefox at the same time. It is running incredibly slower than usual and freezes often. I got a message from windows telling me that it thought I had a virus called spooldr.sys and wanted me to run virus scan. I ran my symantec but it came up with nothing. I also ran AVG and got nothing. I tried to find the file myself to no avail. I followed and ran your malware removal guide and here are my posts. Please take a look. Thanks

This does not sound like a malware issue and your logs do not show any malware problems either. I will give you one more scan to run below for rootkits, but you will probably have to investigate possible hardware issues especially since you have changed RAM. Also check an recent software installations of updates.

Give the below a run and attach the log:
    Using Sophos Anti-Rootkit
