computer is so slow!!!!

ok my computer is very slow ive tried running cleaner, avast, avg 8.0, the ultimate trouble shooter, and spybot search and destroy. my computer start up is pretty good but its my internet the video runs very slow. i have vista home basic intel(r) celeron(r) m cpu 520 @ 1.60GHz 1.43 GB ram ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M SERIES i think my bandwidth waz like 800kb or sumthin like dat ive tried alot of things and it still isnt really showing improvement when i open task manager it says i hae 100% cpu usage and im not running any virus scan right now i know it shows it 100% when your scanning but im not at the moment so can anyone help me? o side note i admit i watch a little porn i know thats suppose to help you get spyware but i ran avast and avg n etc so shouldnt that all b gone i use xvideos and bangbros

3 What programs show up on your Startup list? Could possibly remove some.
4 How much RAM is installed?

 

OK see it's not a RAM shortage.

 

Also, what type of Internet connection do you have?

 

we have that u-verse stuff
