Computer keeps crashing..

    HELLO! :wave

    Tried running everything here: READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    I know I've got some MALWARE, but when i try to run SPYBOT search and destroy, or COUNTERSPY, my system crashes. :cry

    Some other programs also crash the system


    Anyone got any ideas on what to use to fix it?

    Please attempt to complete all steps! And when you finish trying all of them, come back and post your results. The more info and the more logs you give us that are requested that better chance we can help you. Without them! There is not much we can do.
