Computer Keeps Crashing

    Hi i've used your service with good results.

    I however have a really big problem...My computer keeps crashing and I can't explain why it just strarted doing it. i had installed som new programs...bit comet and firefox... i thought these are what had caused it so i uninstalled them then ran a system restore to no effect. I have also tried a disk clean up, uninstalling unused progams, and a defrag all to no result.

    Please help!!!
