computer keeps kicking me off internet

    Hi,
    I have been trying to clean my computer and everytime I go to download anything to do this it kicks me off! I can't even get any steps to begin? I am frustrated and need some help please. I have Windows XP.

    Use another computer to transfer the tools you need onto the sick PC, run the scans, and then try and use the internet to attach logs here for reviewal.
