Computer keeps restarting!!

I tried to do all the scans in the READ ME RUN ME FIRST. I have the CounterSpy log. I tried to do BitDefender and Panda, I got them both to start scanning many times, but my computer shuts down in the middle of the scans each time. I do have the GetRunKey, ShowNew, and HijackThis. I hope this will be enough for you to help me. Not only does my computer restart at random times, it takes it about 4-5 times to restart, running disc check in between each time. It's driving me crazy! Here are CounterSpy,GetRunKey, ShowNew logs. I will put HijackThis on another post. Thank you in advance for the help!

Your logs do not show any signs of malware. You may need to pursue other courses of action (like Software or Hardware issues).

When exactly (the date) did the problems first begin?

What have you download and or installed just prior to the problems starting?

Did you have any power problems in your area (i.e., storms causing loss of power or fluctuations in power)?

How old is the PC? Did you recently upgrade or change RAM or any other hardware?

You can uninstall CounterSpy since we are finished with it!
