Computer lagging. Hijack this log

I have noticed my computer moving at a slower rate. I have a dell inspiron 2200 notebook. It has 512 mb of ram with a celeron M processor. When I am ripping a cd using iTunes and I try to play a song in my library it skips. I really like itunes because of how it works seamlessly with my ipod. Even though it is rather bulky.
My Hijackthis log is attached.

You shouldn't run HijackThis from your Desktop. The thread on HijackThis tells you to run it from C:\Program Files\HJT.

I see no malware in your HijacktThis log. However you should fix the following lines:

The version of Java installed on your computer is out dated. Install the latestest version which is 1.5.0_06 and uninstall the old version.

I see you are running Norton, you performance issues could be related to this package. Norton is a resource intensive application.

Thank you for your help. I deleted those 3 you pointed out and I am updating my java.
I also changed quicktime to waveout as many websites suggest to do for quicktime skipping.
I appreciate it.
