Computer Moron Needs Help Again :(

Hi Every body I downloaded some winks from blue mountain and now there appears to be malware on my computer, hmmmmm I don't know what to do??
I ran CCFleaner, Ad Aware se, Spybot search and destroy, CWShredder, and kill2 me please can someone help me out here?

my bdscan says there are no infections found

Okay, if your BD log was clean run the Panda scan and attach that log with a Hijack This log.

Attach them using the "Manage Attachments" button at the bottom of this box your typing in. If you can't attach the logs paste them inline. Use Control + C to copy and Control + V to paste them.

Just to clean out the temp files run CCleaner reboot and let me know how things are running. Your logs look ok, there is not obvious threats.
