    I looked into that I was wondering if you can guide me with using a spam filter I mean setting it up please, also I noticed on your web site that there is a download for Pc entertainment wizrd for windows it says that you can turn your computer like a tv is this safe to down load?thanks again.....!

    I had tickle come through my email and it won't let me delete it can you please tell me what i can do?Thanks again.

    Delete what, the virus, the attachment, the email? If you are using Outlook Express for your email client, you should really think about changing to a different email client.

    Hi someone please help me once again i sit here like a real worry wart please forgive me as i feel like an idiot once again, but once again i am really new to the computer world,....................a warning came up this evening as i was shutting my windows down,.............it said," A fatal exception OE has occured at 0167:BFF9DFFF.tHE CURRENT APPLICATION WILL BE TERMINATED......What do i do?................then another warning came up it said," AVGWB caused a general protection fault in module USER>EXE at 0006:0000575f................Please tell me what to do, Thanks alot!

    That's an error caused by an application, reboot your system, and if you get it again. Uninstall and reinstall AVG. Since, that looks like the application that is causing the error.

    Hi thanks that is better:....................now another annoying thing, i did an AVG scan and under the result/infection it says change on the file ''user 32.dll path is C:\windows\system\user 32.dll please help?:confused: :eek:

    Is that "USER32.dll" or "USER 32.dll", the spelling is important.
