Computer names

I got a question, I was wondering if anyone had an answer to it.......

Is there any way to change the name of the C:/Users/*ADMIN*...folder, or is it stuck being whatever you originally named it? The reason I ask is I fixed a friend of mines laptop....had to do a restore of vista from the partition on the hard drive. Just to mess with him I named it something kinda ****ed up.....Now I feel like a piece of crap cause I cant get rid of it.... If anyone can help it would be appreciated..

You have to change - not the computer name, but the name it is registered to and user profile.
