Computer not starting fully because of Win32.Zbot

I was using Spybot and it found the trojan Win32.Zbot and it couldn't get rid of it, but it told me to restart and it would try again, and so I did it. But now I regret it.. My computer turns on, but it wont go past the Windows XP screen where the bar scrolls acrossed over and over. It's just stuck there with the bar moving.. I don't know what to do, or how to fix it. I've tried going into all 3 safe modes, and starting the computer with the last known configuration, but it doesn't work. With the safemode, it just brings up that list, and sits there, it goes no further.

 

I don't know what type of CD's to buy, how to put the programs on the CD, or even what program to use to put them on a CD and the computer doesn't start up enough to go to another user account. it doesn't make it that far.
