    Hi guys,

    I have a:
    Dell XPS L702X
    Intel Core i7-2630 @ 2.00 GHz
    8.00GB RAM
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit w/Service Pack 1
    "Windows Experience" rating: 5.9

    Attached is my MGlog.

I tried absolutely everything. Malwarebytes, factory resetted, reformatted you name it.

It still runs slow after factory resets from Dell (I didn't do system restore, but actually the factory reset.) My buddy told me that viruses can still be on your drive even after you factory reset.

My computer is very slow and I even lag on typing in Microsoft Word, which is crazy with 8.0 GB of RAM.

I also did a RAM check through Windows and it said everything is OK.

Hi there. I am not seeing anything to do with malware in those logs. Although you neglected to include other logs such as from:

    • Hitman
    • Malware Bytes
    • RogueKiller

I may need to send you onto the software forum, but be ready to give a detailed description on what exactly is so slow, such as:

    • Is boot up slow?
    • Is shutdown slow?
    • Is browsing/surfing slow?
    • Is downloading slow?
    • Is running any application?
    • Is it also slow in safe boot mode?
    • Also are any process showing in Task Manager to be using a lot of CPU time?
    • Anything else slow?
