Computer running slowly

Based on your logs, the cleaning procedure has already remove any malware that you have. Are you actually still having malware problems? Note that slow PCs are not always due to malware. More frequently it is what you are running or inadequate hardware specs for the OS and other software being used.

If dwwin.exe is corrupted, you need to replace it from your CD or a backup copy on your PC. This is not a malware problem. Neither is the MS 06-014 issue which is just due to not installing your Windows updates. See: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/ms06-014.mspx
