computer shut off and wont turn back on/trojan.zlob

Today i was using my computer and it pulled up a box that said my system was infected and i should click yes so pccleaner could fix it last time i got that it was smitfraud, So i ran AVG in hopes of getting rid of it that didn't work so i tried to run house call and the window closed and about 30 internet explorer windows popped up and the rest of the screen went blank so restarted it and i downloaded the smitfraud removal tool from another computer, then when the infected computer started to load up it loaded the toolbar but no icons or anything and then crashed and wont even attempt to turn back on, is there anything i can do at this point or is my computer just fried??
any help is greatly appreciated!

Disconnect your computer from the internet by unplugging your cable to your modem. Then try booting up in normal boot mode. Does that work? If not try another user account if you have one. If this still does not work, see if you can boot up in safe boot mode. If you get any error messages at anytime, write them down word for word and give them to us. Do not abbreviate or translate into your own words! We need exact messages.
