Computer Slow Windows 7 Professional

What has caused My computer to slow down. I have run CCleaner and Malwarebytes. Nothing found on Malwarebytes or Superantispyware.
My Windows pictures is the main trouble I'm having. When I click to save a photo to it, it ends up taking quite a while for the photo to show up on W- Pictures. Didn't use to be that way.
I still have Picasa photos and when I save a photo it goes on it, but sometimes not on W Pictures. I end up having to click on photo that went to Picasa to click 'save picture as' to get it to go to Windows Pictures.
It all used to work fine. I have not added anything new to the computer for months, so that can't be the problem. It is set up to go through Internet Explorer version 11, so photos should go directly to Windows Pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I'm not very smart on computers. How do you find out system configuration and how much RAM on Windows 7 Professional? Processor says 7.6 - Ram 5.9 Graphics 5.0 Gaming graphers 6.6 Primary Hard disk 5.9. I finally figured out what runs on startup and it's Microsoft - Realtek HD - Ccleaner - Google Update - Quick Finder - Java- HP Digital My neighbor used to help me, but she passed away.

 

Referring to My Pictures folder. I had Picasa years before they canceled it. I liked it a lot better than Windows Pictures.

 

On my event viewer it has 1,116 since September 2017 . They were Errors and Warnings and one was Critical March 29, 2018 . the Critical one just said - boot duration 78593 ms - ISDegradation -False , and then incident time.
Installed ram is 4.0 gb - Physical memory- 3.93 - Available memory 2.65 - Virtual memory- 7.85 - Available VM 6.11 - Page FileSpace 3.93

I ran Resource Performance Monitor and all came back ok. It said No issues reported. I'm just having trouble with 'My Pictures' part of the computer. Not really any other complaints.
