    Hi!

    PC running Windows XP SP2
I logged in as Administrator and reset the password for another account that belongs to "Administrators"

Suddenly, the computer performance went down and some programs need 3 minutes to start (like Excel)

    I can't find a scientific explanation.

I re-checked the PC and it looks fine...

I don't understand these strange situations, so I still need your opinion.
This is not a stable system I think, are Microsoft to blame?

    :(

Check your task manager to see what processes are running . Are they ones that should be running? Is any particular ones taking up a lot of CPU usage?

    Thanks.

The system is still stable and running smothly.
I think there was a process taking a lot of CPU usage, but I don't remeber that I disabled anything.

    Strange! rolleyesconfused
