Computer still painfully slow!

I knew I had some malware/spyware problems since everytime I ran my spyware removal, I always had the same issues that were fixed time after time, so yesterday I did a thorough clean of my computer following all instructions within the Read Me First thread. Today, trying to use my computer, it is still EXTREMELY slow. It almost seems like its gotten even slower since I performed the clean yesterday. I dont know if there is still some sort of spyware or malware within my computer or if its something else, but if someone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Just let me know what kind of logs I need to run or post or if there is anything else I can try and I'll do it, but this is really frustrating trying to do anything and having to wait at least a minute everytime I try to open something, click on something, etc. Thanks!

 

Ok, I've attached my logs...the ones I could get anyway. All scans have been run and the logs are attached except for panda scan. I did run the scan and it did find (or remove?) 11 items, however I couldnt see where to save the file. When I run panda, the IE window will not open all the way (the maximize button does not work and I cannot resize the window), so if there is a button to save the log, I cannot see it. Using add/remove programs which can be accessed from the control panel, uninstall the following:

Did you knowingly install Avvenu ? its remote access software and if its there without your knowledge it could be a security risk.

Download and install Sun Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

Did you recently remove mcaffee? There are still traces of it on your system which could be causing problems.

Run HijackThis. Click the 'Do a system scan only' button.

Place a checkmark in the box next to the following lines:

Click on the 'Fix checked' button. Wait for HijackThis to finish; close HijackThis.

YOu don't really seem to have any malware, I htink the problem could partly be the remeenants of mcafee.

 

Thank you...I will try this. Nice knowing that I dont have any malware, but hopefully the McAfee being removed fully will help. I removed McAfee when I first got my computer, but I guess it just wasnt removed properly. I also did install Avvenu since I use it with my Treo or to access my computer when I am away from home, but hopefully that wont cause too many problems. Thanks again!
