Computer suddenly slow -- help!

My girlfriend's computer suddenly became REALLY SLOW in the past couple weeks, and we can't pinpoint what may have done it. I've run every virus and spyware scan I can think of, and it's still not so good. I'm attaching a HijackThis log here -- anyone have any thoughts on which items may be slowing things down and generally don't need to be there?

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
