I've walked into a lot of pc shops and noticed that most techs use some sort of wrist strap while they service the inside of pcs.

    What are these called?

Do they work 100% against ESD?

What are the pros and cons of them?

Do you need one for each hand?

Where can I buy one for cheap using paypal?

& do they sell gloves that do the same kind of thing?

Yeah they do work :) I do not know if they work 100% against ESD but they do work. You can buy these at FRY's or online are even a small computer shop. OH! the one you will love th most is the Floor Pad! :hyper all you do is stand on that one. What you do with these things is you attach the cord to your Chassi[case] inner part on a hole or something and put the wrist strap on. It is important to have these and the floor pad works like that too so if you have both that will decrease the chance of a ESD Way more
