   Not sure if this is the right place to start, but we have a virus or malware or something on our pc. It shut down yesterday, we tried to restart and it will "log in" only to log itself back out immediately. It will not start in safe mode either. There is no way for us to get to the control panel. Not sure what to do other than taking it in to best buy or someplace and having it looked at.
