Ok people I did something really stupid and Hope the techies out there can help. Here are my specs:
    Del Comp 700 Mghz
    Windows 98SE
    Award Bios

Here is what i did: I have been having issues with my video card performance. Strange looking pixels and the like. As I use Paint Shop pro a lot, it is a big issue for me. Anywho, I went into my Bios with the intention, of changing some of the settings. Once there in the Video Configuration menu, I had only TWO options to change from PCI or Onboard, So being stupid, I changed it from whatever it was and saved and exited.

Now, I of course have no video/display at all. This is what happens: My comp will only boot to the first Motherboard info screeen THEN jumps right into a message that reads: If You can read this message then Windows has successfully initiated this display whatever. And that is all I can see. I can actually hear windows continue to load as I can hear the Windows sound wave.

I tried holding down the delete key to get into my Bios again, and CAN'T.

Any Suggestions? LoL Kind of need to get my computer going again, I'm on a deadline.

    Thank You all in advance,

Don't Panic--on the back of the pc are connections for the video display you simply changed the output the computer uses to display info-on your monitor

Power down pc(unplug monitor power also)
change your video cable to whatever is not in use now(pci is a card in pc --onboard is part of the motherboard outlets)
Reattach all cables (they only fit in the correct connections do not force them) they should be labled

Power up and boot into windows(there it is LOL)
Then just reverse the proccess to get it back to normal..

Thats probably the "backwoods way" but it's what I know

Effectively you've changed the display adapter but haven't swapped the cable yet. :)

    Thank You Petal :)

Is what I thought as well just wasn't sure how to go about it. I hate dealing with hardware. Give me a software issue and I will work on it all day until I solve it, but put a screwdriver in my hand and I panic, LoL

Okay, getting out Philips head thingy now. Will keep You updated.
