computer wont restart

    my computer wont restart after norton internet security removed
    computer sits at startup screen(blackscreen) i have no recovery disk as the recovery system is built into the computer.removal tool downloaded form majorgeeks.com. any suggestions

    first things first can you boot up the PC in safe mode?

    restart the PC and tap F8 and see if you can access the recovery that way.
