My computer was working fine yesterday night and when I woke up today I tried to turn the computer on but it would not turn on. I tried every step you can do to make sure if it is the plug. My monitor is working fine. The motherboard LED lights are working so it can't be the motherboard.

I touched the red thing on the back of the PSU and the power was on but as soon as I let go the power died. So is my PSU broken? Idk wat to do please help.

By "red thing" I'm assuming that's a reset circuit breaker. And if it keeps popping then there is an overload or short. It sounds like the PSU is the culprit, less likely but still possible is a card (video, sound card, network) went bad or the motherboard had something go (yes that does happen and not as infrequently as you'd think).

So I'd try a PSU and go from there.

So yea, the PSU was the culprit. I went out to buy me a new PSU and after I finished setting it up, I pressed the power button and "vroom" i could hear the noise. It works fine now and I'm glad it wasn't anything serious. Thanks for the help.
