Looks like the USPIS are on the ball in your case, plus one thing you knew it was a scam in the first place .... just sad how many people are not so lucky!

Its good to see the Gov't is being a little proactive in stopping fraud in its tracks.

While alot of people are getting wise to these scams, sadly, there are still some who fall for this BS.

Okay, I got it to work now. It was a broken QuickTime icon for the longest time, then it siad I needed to install a QuickTime add-on to view the file.

It's all good now.

I hope that guy gets busted!
