Concerned with keylogger link i clicked..

    Hi Major Geeks, long time no see :p

    I have just clicked on a link on world of warcraft forums like an idiot. It was a .cn link, which i understand is a keylogger.

    I realised instantly when i seen a scantily clad woman instead of a retribution paladin. I closed the page, then closed my browser (Firefox) and ran AVG Free.

    Will I have a keylogger now on my PC ?
    Is there anything else i should now do to prevent my account being hacked ?

    I was going to post this question on Warcraft Forums but i am scared to type in my password..

    Please Help a very idiotic and worried guy here :cry

    URLs are not in themselves keyloggers. A keylogger would have to download and install software on your PC. If you are worried that you may have installed malware, run thru the below and attach the requested logs.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
