   Hi I believe I have a driver conflict as my comp keeps shutting off the only new program I believe has been added is a chat called yazak from yahoo has anyone else used this program?

   If you uninstall that app does the issue go away?
   
   Do you get any warning or error messages at the time of shutoff or are they random?
   
   Are you using that Yazak app when this happens?

   have not uninstalled yet but will,the system shuts down when using program so I figure that is the problem.I am wondering if anyone else uses this app
