confused about system32reqf.exe please help

yesterday comodo alerted me about system32reqf.exe trying to connect to the net. not being sure what it was i googled it and i got a lot of pages mostly in foreign languages describing it as malware. i followed a proceedure from http://www.pchelpforum.com/204131-post8.html but kaspersky online scanner and f-secure online scanner still detect malware. the most annoying thing is i have nod32 antivirus 3.0.566.0 and it does not detect any malware on the highest and strictest settings. is this really malware or a legitimate file please help.
