   I seem to have been infected with this malware that creates a bunch of fake windows processes taking up resources. I see you helped with this particular malware before, what should I do next. Which logs do you need to see?

   Update: I found your Malware removal guide topic and just installing mb.exe and running it once seemed to have cleaned the conhost/notepad/etc. malware. Now CPU load is back to 0%
