connect py laptop..to pc...using USB PORT

    I CANT FIGURE IT OUT...when i connect my laptop to my pcs usb port nothing happens....no sound no warning nothing...
    Shouldnt my winxp pc read a win 98 laptop connecting on usb.....

    The problem is the Win98 box, you need some software. I've used Aloha Bob with good results, but its not free. I am sure there is something out there, just don't have any recommendations...
