I have had a rash of break ins/vandalism occuring in our neighborhood. I have purchased a 2.4ghz security camera and receiver to install on my garage behind the house. I can get the camera to transmit to my tv in the same room as the computer but I can't get it to work on my computer. I have a video capture card on my computer but for the life of me can't get the transmition to show up on my computer. Any suggestions?

Is there any way to go straight from the camera to the computer?

Would be easier than adding another step if possible.

Do you have a link to the camera you have bought so we can look at the specs:confused: Also post a link to your video capture card are you sure its a video capture card and not just a video card,if your unsure run this and post a log of your system it will identify the card

So this is a wireless camera that sends the signal to the receiver, you connect the receiver to the TV via UHF or s-video:confused: and it works and you'v connected the receiver to your capture card and you cant get a picture on the computer
