   Ive noticed that when i return to my PC in a morning its slow. when i check taskmanager i can see thet there are multiple instances of console window host running that when shut down make my pc fast again.
   
   is there any way i can:
   
   a. get a log of whats going on in those windows
   b. find the program that is triggering them to open
   
   I think i have a nasty that i just cant track down.
