Constant cooling problems

For whatever reason the spam filter keeps blocking my post, so here's a link to it on another forum explaining my problem. Basically I've hit the wall attempting to cool my 9800xt and could really use some advice;

Have you got a Good airflow within the computer as a whole, are you getting exhaust hot air from somewhere else. ???

 

My airflow seems to be just fine, I don't have anything obstructing the ventilation and there are 4 fans running, not counting the one for the processor, power supply or video card. If I take the side off of my box the temp drops slightly but not a significant amount.
