Constant Data Flow

Hi All Experts,

Need your help guys. For some reason, my computer have some constant mysterious data flow in the internet connection, as shown by the blue monitor in the bottom right corner, even if I am not touching it and is not running any program. (hope you guys know what i mean)

with my limited knowledge, i thought i was hit by a Malware, but then I ran through the Malware removal guide in this forum, and dozen of other scans, and NONE of these scans say i have a problem... but the problem still presists...... it feels like someone is connected to my computer all the time..

any views? thanks..
