You need to trim the fat on your processes and start up programs. Doing nothing but hogging memory. At a quick glance....
C:\Program Files\Belkin\Bluetooth Software\bin\btwdins.exe (if your not synching with anything)
    C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\jusched.exe
    C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe
C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe(if you do not use it)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AOLDialer] C:\Program Files\Common Files\AOL\ACS\AOLDial.exe(if you have dsl you shouldn't need this)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\NeroCheck.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
There is about 12 more I would get rid of but I'm going to have you do the hard work. Go here www.answersthatwork.com and click the task list button. Then search what you have running by a Cntr, Alt, Del (Task Manager) and compare all the processes with what is on that web page. At the same time, type "msconfig" at the start, run and go to the start up tab (98,XP). There you will find all the things that start up when you boot. Beware, do all this at your own risk. Then download AdAware SE (I knowticed you already had Search & Destroy) and run that. One question for you. Are you using Spybot in the expert mode. If so, make sure you go to the tools menu and search for BHO's, Axtive X's and bad LSP's. Once you are 100% sure your system is clean then write back, or better yet go to the experts on the "spyware specific" forum here.
    Good Luck
