Contemplating Upgrading Vid Card

    My Current Setup:

    Asus P5B
    Intel Core 2 Duo e6300 1.86GHz @ 2.8GHz (OCZ Vindicator Cooler)
    2GB (512x4) Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 Cas4
    BFG 7800GTX 256MB DDR3 (Zalman VF900 Cooler)
    WD Caviar SE 120gig (x2) SATA 150, 320 WD Caviar
    Creative X-fi XtremeMusic
    Antec Smartpower 2.0 500Watt

    I am thinking about getting a Nvida 8800GT 256MB version as an upgrade to my aging 7800GTX. I mainly play COD4 and could careless about Crysis. What are some of your opinions, I have read a few articles from anandtech and other places. Do you think I will see any significant performance gains in cod4 or do you think going after a Intel Q6600 is better buy?
