Content IE.5 Help

I stumbled on this forum while i was downloading spyware removal stuff off of the site...

My issue is I can not for the life of me get rid of Content IE.5 in the temp folder.. It wont delete it wont get cut by programs to delete and the one program that did catch it kept shutting down everytime i tried to delete it.. Ive run adware, spy bot, a-squared microsoft anti-spy, ccleaner, cwshredder, cleancache and a few others..i lost track

If anyone anwhere knows how to get rid of these pesky files i would so appreciate it.
a few of the names of the files in content are orbitz, some top-top1-topright ect (long long name)

Here, go through this sticky. If this doesn't fix it then come back and ask someone to help you with a Hijack This file.
