conterspy v 3.1.2315

I have a very strange trouble with the last released
version of Counterspy, 3.1.2315.
It can not complete a deep scheduled scan.
No problem about a quick scan. But if I want a deep scan (scheduled or manually launched) the scan starts but when it is scanning the
windows system directories it stops with a Server
busy message.
But I have a home PC without
server. Then Counter spy dos not run more, the
active protection is disabled and I have to
restart manually the service.
I unchecked rootkit detection in settings according to Counterspy support, but without results.
I checked the box about "integrate CS into Windows center" (unchecked with the earlier version) but it is the same.
Besides, I have to say:
- I can not unchecked "disable windows defender" (? - there was not this box in the other version, maybe)
- I use on my pc: Avast antivirus, Comodo firewall, Spyware blaster and Spybot, bt with the earlier version of Counter spy there was not any conflict.
I must extend subscription in a few days but if I am not sure about a good working I could use another anti spyware tool.
Can anyone help me or suggest me another tool?
