Control Computer Usage

i have a little query right here, can someone suggest a software or some sort of a program that can control the use of the computer, i mean, the computer has 2 users one is A and B, A is the administrator, he wants to set the computer for a minimal use, for example user B can only use the computer for a certain amount of time after having so, the computer will then interrupt any services/programs ongoing then informs the user that the computer will shut down as prescribed by the administrator. then user B must be re-enabled by the administrator. but the latter could be optional.

 

Lol, my mom wants to do that to me if I get internet in my room. I suggested using the schedualled tasks utility that is in the control panel and comes with windows. But then again that can easily stopped unless the person using it isn't computer administrator. Google it if you need something better.

 

You could always google a program for Internet cafe's. There are plenty of little freeware programs out there written by cafe owners who want to limit usage. You could give the user a certain ammount of "credit" a day, then have the machine lock out.

And pretty much any program can be bypassed given the motivation - providing "user B" respects "user A"'s wishes it should be a problem.
