control panel in Arabic

    The last 3 icons in control panel are in Arabic. All others are in English. When downloading and installing programs the dialog boxes are in Arabic. Virus and Spyware scans run clean. Attached is my Hijack log. All help really appriecated!

    Are you sure that you have not changed any regional/language settings? Even by mistake?


    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    This is my nieces laptop I am trying to fix for her but yes I checked the lanuage setting. All the other control panel icons are in English, just the last 3 are arabic. Anyway I found another thread discussing this and reinstalling s p2 fixed the problem. Thanks
