Control Panel shutsdown

Okay i had read the "read this first"
I have ran all the scans...
First let me say this is my friends pc.. she dl's ALOT!!
I wasnt really sure how to read the bitdefender..
I have ran a hijack this...

here is the first main problem i have ran across..
Her control panel shuts down every time you go open it i finally got it to open one time long enough to look at her add and remove...

Pls tell me where/ what i will need to give you guys to go from here...

here second problem is he has a camera program that she say she didnt download taking over her webcam well all her cams... its called icatch.. i could not find it anywhere... i looked in add and remove... i ran a system scan.. i got nada back.. although i do see where is is showing it running on her yahoo messenger....
Sooooooooo what do i do now?

Sorry it wasnt a malware problem at all i fixed it with a bit of research... turns out that ... her problem was with SP2 for windows.. the ntll.dll file was corrupted. the way to fix it is by uninstalling SP2 and reinstall. Thanks for the support anyways guys!!
