    Can't seem to figure out a way to get my contacts into outlook as an address book. I'm running Windows 7 on a brand new HP computer. I've tried all sorts of file types and such, but only a handful of contacts from my old computer (Outlook Express) somehow have found their way into one of the default address books in Outlook. Any ideas? :(

    Hi KATULAVH,

    return to the old computer.
    open outlook express.
    find the option to export your contacts to a comma separated value (csv) format file.
    copy the exported file to your new pc.
    open outlook.
    find the option to import your csv file into your contacts which will be your address book.

    Whoa! It's THAT easy, huh? Okay. As soon as I get home to my old computer, I'll give it a shot. The whole file can be seen with email addresses and all in my "Contacts" folder, but I couldn't figure out what to do to get my "Outlook" email client to recognize them.

    I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks!
