converting .bmp tp jpeg ?

Was a hards nights drinkins
my head thismorns not thinkins,
can't seems to makes it works,
microsofts or nots, my heads nots lookins,
cans someones helps converts,
somes files theys seems nots to's works,
.BMP files a cookins,
yets JPEG files I's rekins,
lil's brains a kickins......

Simple, and on every win box every made. Paint, in the accessories area. Load as a .bmp, save as a .jpg

Easy enough, and free.

 

Twas the first thing I tried...wouldnt work!!

I use Any Image (shareware) but it's a fine tool.
