Converting .cdr To .iso?

    Hi! I downloaded a .cdr image from the internet and want to use it. I have a program that can mount a .iso image as a CD-ROM, but it doesn't recognize the file extension. I have a program to burn it to a CD, but I don't want to burn it. How do I convert it to an .iso?

    .cdr is a CorelDraw file extension.
