I bought a CD a while ago, Foo Fighters (In Your Honor), and I can't rip it without cracks and pops. So I go into the autorun thing on the CD to see what i can do there, and I copied the songs over. They are in protected WMA format. I'm not sure what version of protection they have. I've tried a lot of ways, but I can't seem to find any software to convert them. This is really frustrating me because I don't want to have to go to a P2P to get them for my iPod. I would really appreciate any help I could get.
    Thanks

    Give iTunes a try.
You can convert wma to mp3.
If it denies it, then they're protected files in which case we can't offer any further help for obvious reasons.

But I own the liscences. I should legally have the right to converty them to work on my iPod. I really want to put them legally onto my iPod. Can someone give me a "unofficial" way to convert them.
