    Hey,

In my CCLeaner today there was a C:\Document and settings\Cookies\ Compaq_Owner@tribal fusion[1].txt --it's there and in a Notepad text document.

Everytime I delete it, it comes right back.

As stated in your thread description, cookies are not problems! If you don't want a cookie to reappear than shutdown all browsers and don't surf. In short, if you surf, you get cookies. Disabling all cookies will severely hamper your surfing pleasure. Ignore them and just cleanup once in awhile with a program like CCleaner where you can choose important cookies to keep.
